Infuse-Marketplace Roles
Understand developer and provider responsibilities.
An Infuse-Marketplace role type is selected when creating an Infuse-Marketplace Instance.
The main role types are:
- Developers create apps and algorithms from Infuse IoT applications, upload Marketplace presentation assets, add Infuse IoT releases, set pricing, and publish.
- Providers list apps and algorithms, sell them to customers, manage purchases, and install compatible releases to devices.
- Organisation owners manage team access and billing settings for the organisations they control.
An organisation can have both developer and provider instances. It can also have multiple instances of the same role type when teams, storefronts, customer groups, permissions, or app and algorithm families need to be separated.
