Register a User

Create and confirm your personal Infuse user before joining or creating an organisation.

Before you can create an organisation or accept an invitation to an existing organisation, you need a registered Infuse user.

Your user is your personal sign-in identity. Organisation membership is added after that identity exists.

First-Time Setup

  1. Open the Infuse Portal.
  2. Select Register.
  3. Enter your details and submit the registration form.
  4. Open the confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
  5. Confirm your email address.
  6. Sign in with the user you just created.

After you are signed in, either accept an organisation invitation or create your own organisation.

If You Received an Invitation

An organisation invitation does not create your user automatically.

If you receive an invite email before registering, complete the user registration and email confirmation steps first. After you sign in, return to the invitation email or invitation link and accept the invite.

Use the same email address that received the invitation so Infuse can match your registered user to the pending invite.
