Create an Organisation

Set up the organisation boundary used by Infuse Cloud services.

An organisation is the main account boundary in Infuse. Users, service accounts, marketplace activity, devices, billing, and permissions are scoped to an organisation.

Typical setup flow:

  1. Create or join an organisation.
  2. Invite team members.
  3. Assign roles or groups.
  4. Create API credentials for server-side integrations.
  5. Configure product-specific resources such as marketplace instances or IoT devices.
  • Owner: manages organisation settings, users, billing, and access.
  • Developer: creates and publishes marketplace products.
  • Provider: lists products, builds storefronts, and manages purchases.
  • Service account: machine identity used by backend integrations.

For API access, create service-account credentials instead of using a personal user session.
