Organisation Profile

Manage public organisation details, profile image, contact addresses, and legal links.

Organisation profile details identify your organisation across Infuse and help users, customers, and platform emails point to the right contact channels.

Open Settings > Organisation Details to update these fields.

Profile Image

Upload a square PNG or JPG profile image for the organisation. The image is shown in the console, workspace picker, and invitation emails.

Use a clear logo or mark that members can recognise when switching organisations.

Organisation Details

You can update:

  • organisation name,
  • legal name,
  • company number,
  • contact email,
  • feedback email,
  • website URL,
  • terms of use URL,
  • privacy policy URL.

The organisation name is visible across the platform. Legal and contact details may be used for invoices, receipts, contracts, support, or customer-facing marketplace activity where applicable.

Direct API Key Authentication

The Direct API key authentication setting controls whether clients can call supported APIs directly with an API key authorization header instead of exchanging the credential for a bearer token first.

Only enable direct API key authentication when your backend integration needs it and the API key is stored server-side. Do not expose API keys in browser code, mobile apps, public repositories, or customer-visible examples.
