Members and Invitations
Use Access > Members to manage active members and organisation invitations.
Invite a Member
- Open Access > Members.
- Select Invite Member.
- Enter the person's name and email address.
- Choose an Admin or Member membership level.
- Select Send Invitation.
Infuse sends an invitation email for the active organisation. The invited person must accept it before they can access the organisation workspace.
If the invited person has not registered yet, they must register a user, confirm their email address, and sign in before accepting the invitation. Ask them to register with the same email address used for the invitation.
Review Invitations
Open Access > Members, then select Invitations to search invitations and check their status.
Invitation statuses include:
- Pending: the invite has been sent and can still be accepted.
- Accepted: the invite has been used.
- Revoked: the invite was cancelled.
- Expired: the invite can no longer be accepted.
For pending invitations, you can resend the invitation email or cancel the invite.
Manage a Member's Access
The Active members list shows each person's baseline membership level. Select Manage access or View access beside a member to open their detail page.
The Access view separates:
- the baseline Owner, Admin, or Member membership level,
- additional roles assigned directly,
- roles inherited through groups,
- direct permission grants,
- current effective permissions.
Owners and administrators can change eligible membership levels from the member page. Only owners can assign or remove the Owner level.
The API keys view shows metadata for the member's personal API keys. Members issue their own keys from Account > API keys. An authorised administrator can revoke a key but cannot reveal it or issue one for another member.
Remove a Member
- Open Access > Members.
- Find the member.
- Open the member actions menu.
- Select Remove member.
- Confirm the removal.
Removing a member removes their organisation access and permanently revokes their personal API keys for that organisation. It does not delete resources the organisation owns.
Use Groups for Repeat Access
Use the membership level for baseline organisation access. For product-specific or repeatable access, create groups and assign roles from Access > Groups.
For IAM concepts and permission troubleshooting, see IAM and Access.
