Members and Invitations

Invite people into an organisation and manage invitation status.

Use Access > Members to invite people, review current members, change member roles, or remove members from the organisation.

Use Access > Invites to review pending and historical invitations.

Invite a Member

  1. Open Access > Members.
  2. Select Invite Member.
  3. Enter the person's name and email address.
  4. Choose Admin or Member.
  5. Select Send Invitation.

Infuse sends an invitation email for the selected organisation. The invited person must accept the invitation before they can access the organisation workspace.

Review Invitations

Open Access > Invites to search invitations and check their status.

Invitation statuses include:

  • Pending: the invite has been sent and can still be accepted.
  • Accepted: the invite has been used.
  • Revoked: the invite was cancelled.
  • Expired: the invite can no longer be accepted.

For pending invitations, you can resend the invitation email or cancel the invite.

Remove a Member

  1. Open Access > Members.
  2. Find the member.
  3. Open the member actions menu.
  4. Select Remove member.
  5. Confirm the removal.

Removing a member removes their organisation access. It does not delete resources the organisation owns.

Use Groups for Repeat Access

For one-off access, changing a member role may be enough. For repeatable access across several users, create groups and assign roles to the group from Access > Groups.
